Masala Chai ( FLAVOURED TEA WITH INDIAN SPICES)

Since all of you have the recipe of  the yummy PAALAK PAKORA'S , now its time for some hot tea to blend it with the spinach fritters and which enhances the taste of these fritters. Since pakora's and tea is the Indian classic monsoon menu, we here give you a perfect recipe of the tea but with a twist.. that is adding a little spice into in.. YES YES.. you heard it right.. SPICES!!! So here is the recipe...


                                                               INGREDIENTS


  • 4-6 teaspoons tea leaves
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon chai masala
  • sugar - as required
FOR CHAI MASALA
  • 1 inch of cinnamon stick
  • 4 green cardamoms
  • 16 black peppercorns
  • 1/4 teaspoon of grated nutmeg
  • 1/2 inch of dry ginger
  • 4-5 cloves


                                                                INSTRUCTIONS

-Dry grind all the masala ingredients to a fine powder. Let it cool completely then sieve.

- Store in an airtight container
.
-Use the masala as and when required to make tea

 -Boil three cups of water in a pan.

-Add tea leaves, milk, the powdered masala and Sugar Free and bring the mixture to a boil again

-Boil for a couple of minutes. Strain and serve piping hot.

SSERVE WITH HOT PAKORAS AND ENJOY THE MONSOON.!!! AND DON'T FORGET TO WATCH OUT
